Victor Fuselier, PA-C

Victor Fuselier, PA-C grew up on the outskirts of Baton Rouge, Louisiana and has spent the past 31 years in the healthcare industry. He has earned Bachelor of Science degrees from Tulane University (Psychology); Louisiana State University-School of Allied Health (Cardiopulmonary Science) and Baylor College of Medicine (Cardiovascular Perfusion). In 1995, he graduated with a Master of Science degree from the Baylor College of Medicine’s Physician Assistant program.
He is a former Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) and Cardiovascular Perfusionist. Upon graduation from Baylor, Mr. Fuselier returned to Houma, Louisiana where, for the next 13 years, he was employed by Cardiovascular Institute of the South, specializing in cardiovascular, thoracic and peripheral vascular surgery. In 2007 he moved back to Baton Rouge, Louisiana, where he helped start Baton Rouge Cardiology Center's Vein and Vascular Center.
In 2010, Mr. Fuselier relocated to Texas where he worked alongside Dr.Scott Powell, MD at Vein Centers of Texas. In 2013, Mr. Fuselier and Dr. Powell co-founded Texas Vein Experts in Denton TX; specializing in diagnosing and treatment of leg pain, swelling, and difficult-to-heal wounds resulting from venous insufficiency.
Men's Peak Performance Health was founded later that same year. Mr. Fuselier has devoted the past 13 years to hormone optimization. His goal is to increase the quality of life of men and women of all ages.
Scott Powell, MD
Dr. Powell is the Medical Director for Men's Peak Performance. He earned a Bachelor of Science from Baylor University and Medical Degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, Texas. Dr. Powell completed a five-year surgical residency at The University of Florida in Jacksonville. He moved back to Texas and began practicing as a board-certified General Surgeon in East Texas. Dr. Powell owned a private practice for six years, from 2004-2010.
His primary focus is treating varicose veins and venous disease. In January 2011, he began work focusing on the treatment of venous insufficiency. In the years since, Dr. Powell has performed well over 20,000 vein procedures. When not in the office, he enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, exercising, and being outdoors.
